NLP -Neuro Linguistic Programming

Created in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP is capable of addressing problems such as phobias, depression, habit disorder, psychosomatic illnesses and learning disorders.

The title refers to a stated connection between the neurological processes ("neuro"), language ("linguistic") and behavioural patterns that have been learned through experience ("programming") and can be organized to achieve specific goals in life.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques - commonly abbreviated to EFT - is a modern and growing form of personal development and therapy. EFT is one of a number of recent concepts increasingly used for improving and developing people. EFT can be effective for various purposes, including personal and self-development, attitude and behaviour development, resolving personal problems, reducing stress, and restoring life balance. Tapping is the other name that this is commonly referred as and is used frequently by Paul McKenna.


Havening

A breakthrough therapy by Dr. Ronald Ruden is for anyone who has experienced trauma, been diagnosed with PTSD or just can't get into an elevator without a panic attack.

Havening is a therapy that provides the healing feeling of being safe and is based on a specific research in effectively removing the traumatic memory from the brain.


CBT -Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

A psychotherapeutic approach: a talking therapy which aims to solve problems concerning dysfunctional emotions, behaviours and cognitions through a goal-oriented, systematic procedure in focus on the present. There is empirical evidence that CBT is effective for the treatment of a variety of problems, including mood, anxiety, personality, eating, substance abuse and psychotic disorders.
